A Canticle of Christ (CCM) chaplain is a highly trained professional who provides confidential care giving in the
workplace through relationships built with employees during brief care giving sessions at clinical sites.

CCM chaplains are also available to employees in crisis situations. Our chaplains provide support and crisis
intervention to employees with marital and family problems, substance abuse issues, job stress, financial or legal
problems and the general day to day issues of life. We make hospital visits for employee and family members as
well as officiating at memorials, funerals, weddings and other formal occasions. Finally we can act as a referral
source to other professionals and agencies when necessary.

Our chaplains keep a balance between God, their families and their work and are allowed the freedom to provide
care on a one on one basis without being micro-managed.

Finally, and most importantly, the CCM chaplain’s mission is to build relationships with employees, with the hope
of gaining permission to share the life-changing Good News of Jesus Christ, in a non-threatening manner.
